Instead of experiencing a perfect metamorphosis from tomato to a delicious sauce, my attempt to make this happen totally failed.
I squeezed the tomato into pieces using my hand and then put a lid to seal the container. When all this procedure is done, I put the container in a shadowy warm place.
This is the comparison between the first day to last day.
There was some white mold floating on the surface of the sauce, and the smell is awful.
- The temperature in my apartment isn’t the best for the mold to grow
- I shouldn’t seal the container to block the airborne bacteria.
